INSTRUCTIONS:
Ø Any Project Director
Login to the portal has to first fill up the complete profile details.
Ø It is mandatory to fill
the profile details then only the project director can apply for a research
proposal.
Ø Majorly profile covers
Personal Details, Educational Qualification, Working Details, and Financial
Assistance etc.
Ø Once the Project Director
submits the Profile details, the project director can navigate to proposal
screen by clicking on "Go to Proposal" button OR Click
here to go to proposals.
Ø Click on “Add” button to
create a new proposal.
Ø An individual can apply
for maximum of 2 proposals at a time.
Ø It’s a 3 step process:
o Step 1: Adding Project
Co-Director
o Step 2: Filling the
complete proposal details and uploading docs
o Step3: Preview and Apply
Ø In case an individual
reaches the stage of presentation/interaction the applicant will be given the
choice of preference i.e via Offline or Online(Skype) method.
Ø In case the applicant is
finally awarded the 1st preference then the candidate will be required to take
up that preference only.
Ø If the applicant is
awarded 2nd preference he/she will be required to take up that preference only.
Ø
Once clicked on the final
“Apply” button and the proposal status is “Applied” then the Project Director
does not get any rights to make any changes to that proposal and no enquiries
can be made.
Ø The proposal will go
through the following Levels:
o Level 1: Proposal
Application
o Level 2: Review by ICSSR
o Level 3: Peer Review
o Level 4: Panel Expert
Review
o Level 5: Steering
Committee Final Approvals and Resubmitions
